By accessing or using the Noble Exterior Services website and requesting our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
Noble Exterior Services provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and junk removal. Service availability and scope may vary by location and property. A written quote, once accepted, defines the specific work to be performed.
3. Quotes and Payment
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major electronic payment methods.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
5. Property Access and Condition
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the areas being cleaned, including moving fragile or valuable items away from work zones. Noble Exterior Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions discovered during the course of work.
6. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. Our liability is limited to the scope of work performed and the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, age, or improper installation of building components.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site. All content is the property of Noble Exterior Services and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
